I, the purchaser, have supplied photos to the artist for the purpose of creating this portrait. None of the photos I’ve provided infringe on another’s rights.

It is agreed that the artist retains all copyrights to all artwork from the moment of creation as written under copyright law.

It is agreed that the artist retains all rights of reproduction of all artwork and retains the rights of distribution of the reproductions of created images, as well as the right to use created images publicly for advertising and promotional displays.
